Hello, my name is Samuel Grandt I am the sub-landlord of a nice cozy 3-bedroom appartment that has a washer and dryer, new bathroom,parking garage,spaceous attic and a huge HUGE yard, & Xfinity Comcast internet and cable, central HEAT WORKS WONDERS, HUGE AIRCONDITIONER, smoking allowed, no pets but we could work something out but no dogs.The room that is vacant is next to the limegreen living room and has its own walkin closet if you want this room you may also have the limegreen livingroom and put up a curtain, We dont use it.. Im 25 years old and my roomate is 22. He is a medical student and im a full-time forklift driver at a meat company called CMA. We would like to rent out our third room because its economically smart. YOU MUST HAVE $450.00 FIRST MONTHS RENT AND $450.00 DEPOSIT CASH!!! NO CREDIT CHECK NEEDED AND YOU LIVE HERE MONTH TO MONTH. You must be very responsible with your money and always have the rent on time. We have a 3-strike rule, if you cannot pay rent or bills on time, 3 times you will have one month to move out. Other than that you are a free man or woman to do as you please. We are very nice people and we have a nice and clean appartment. We pay gas and electric and cable...we will split it all 3 ways. And last but not least.....We are located two blocks from 47th street.....You can walk two minutes to 47th street and hop on a bus east for 8 minutes to 47th RED LINE CTA and it will take you to downtown Chicago in 10 minutes! NOW YOU CANT BEAT THAT!!!
