The condo is new, modern, with central air, marble bathrooms, wood and tile floors, in unit washer and dryer. New kitchen, granite countertops, microwave dishwasher and garbage disposal! Great, safe neighborhood, close to downtown, old town, new town, shopping and health clubs! Someone working in the airline industry would be perfect or who travels a lot!

I am a quiet professional cool person that works a lot and gets home late. I'm very laid back and clean. I need a roommate that is quiet and does his/her own thing. I'm friendly but I don't have time to socialize, my roommate will have to do that outside the condo. I just need someone trustworthy and honest who pays the rent on time!
