Seeking A Room for rent or a roommate
Greetings Reader. Im a 32yrs old Male relocating from chicago To New york Or NewJersey. Im seeking to move as soon as humanly possible. Im seeking a private room in the new york or jersey area close to the inner city as possible and close to reliable public transportation. Do to Allergies preferred no smoking or as light smoking as possible. I also own a small Pomeranian which for the most part is quiet unless he's hungry or wants to go out side. but when I'm away or home he's either under me or in his cage. My wish list in a place (but not a must ) would be a private bathroom, maybe a small finished basement to rent, furnished if possible (do to relocation and furniture in chicago).
Im looking to spend around $400-500mo all inclusive. (utilities cable internet etc). Deposit as low as possible do to the relocation but not required but every little bit helps. A little about my self, For the most part I'm a workaholic, (Graphic designer and Leasing Agent) not a partier to often but if I'm invited out then i would but not so often. I don't smoke. Every once in a blue i will have a light drink being sociable. I attend church on a regular but don't push my views on any one thats not receptive to it. This is about the most i am. i don't anticipate having much company being that I'm moving to a new city. but maybe guest every now an then. looking for maybe a month to month or 6mo to a year agreement so can get use to the economy here then venture out to get my own place. if the agreement works well then maybe a longer term is optional. I am a private person and like to feel that my things as well as my dog and my self is secure.
